Ordered shutters back in April. It took them a week to confirm, which was fine. The delivery estimate was 9-11 weeks, despite Covid. It's now nearly 10 weeks after order confirmation and I emailed them to get an update on when my shutters would arrive as expecting them soon. They advised me it would be at least another 6 weeks!! At no time have they bothered to contact me to advise this. After calling them to query this they advised they expect delivery to be around 10-12 weeks after order but they can't explain why I have to wait at least 16 weeks!Update 10/07 - apparently my order got missed at the factory, hence the 17 week lead time.
Have used this company 3 times now. Excellent service and excellent product every time. Highly recommended

I have previously used California shutters and have since ordered more. Their process for ordering is straightforward and having the option to send a photo of your current window was a blessing. If it weren’t for that I would have ordered shutters based on what I like the look of as oppose to actually suiting the current design of my windows. The employees are so helpful as they actually drew a mock up of their suggestions to suit my windows. Which was a godsend in hindsight. When I see other people’s shutters that are not designed based on their windows i always think to myself should have gone do California Shutters. We opted for the DIY installation and my husband could not stop singing their praises throughout the installation. What’s not to love!! on top of that they always have a sale offer

Good web site for creating the order and the follow up call was very worth well as it highlighted some required changes to get the blinds looking and fitting there best
Not delivered or installed yet but so far so good. Good online experience and follow up phone call to confirm sizes etc all good. If quality of product is similar to customer service I think we are on to a winner .
I've followed the online support to order my shutters. I am installing them myself and was very impressed with the measuring videos/guides/template. Both phone calls regarding measurements have been very professional - looking forward to receiving them.
